At 1 pm on December 15, 2019, the 2019 annual meeting of the Board of Directors and supervisors of the Melbourne World Fuqing Fellowships Association was successfully held in Ph.D. Mountain.
The meeting was chaired by Pan Riming, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General. The meeting was attended by President Chen Yunguo, Permanent Honorary President Chen Guojing, Honorary President Lin Zhen, Executive Vice Presidents Li Zongqing, He Guangping, and Zheng Fujian; Vice Presidents Chen Zhenqi, Lin Fang, Xue Baoying,Yang Qin and Yan Xianlong; Executive Vice President and Secretary-General Pan Riming; Deputy Secretaries-General Yang Zixin and Chen Dan; Supervisor Huang Shuibing; Executive Directors Lin Yueping, Lin Youjin, Huang Hui, Dong Dawen; Directors Chen Yangfeng, Ou Taiming, Guo Tinghui, GuoFangmei, Guo Qunping, Gu Yun, Guo Zilan, Ji Ying, Lin Kai, accountant Huang Youhe and others.
First of all, the Executive Vice President Li Zongqing will make the financial report of the Association for fiscal year 2019.
Next, the meeting summarized the contribution of the association to the Fire House in Queensland, New South Wales, Australia. The current number has reached 10,000 Australian dollars. The Association expressed its appreciation and gratitude to the donors!
The next important agenda is to discuss the articles of association of the Fellowships Association. Taking into account the actual work situation and needs of the fellowships Association in the past two or three years, the directors and supervisors proposed to extend the term of office of the previous boards of directors from two years to three years. This proposal was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors and supervisors. The Board of Directors and supervisors unanimously approved the amendment to Article 7, Item 1 of the articles of association. The first item is: The candidates for directors are recommended by the previous board of directors (the first is the Preparatory Committee) or jointly recommended by more than ten members, and the directors are elected by the members’ votes. The Council is the executive body of the Association, and the term of office is three years.
The meeting arranged the first work tasks for next year, and determined that the dinner for celebrating the New Year in 2020 and rewarding outstanding candidates for the 2018-2019 Fuqing VCE will be held on February 16, 2020 at the Pullman Melbourne Hotel. In order to express our gratitude to the folks for actively participating in the event, the original cost was$120 per person and each table cost$1200. The association only priced each table at$800, and the remaining expenses were sponsored by the association.

At the meeting, four new directors were announced and welcomed: Anthony (loan); Toro Lin (marketing); Tony Zhuang; Ben Chen.
The meeting informed that the Fuqing Fellow Sorority in other Australian cities, such as Tasmania and Adelaide, is under construction.……
Everyone spoke freely, and the atmosphere of the meeting was warm.
The directors recommended and confirmed a number of programs for the New Year’s Fellow Countrymen’s dinner, including a chorus, guzheng performance, Latin dance, and solo performances by boys and girls, which can be described as wonderful.
In order to get the activities of the fellow countrymen’s Association done well, everyone has the money to pay and make strong contributions, and work together to get things done well.
